Fluree is looking for a high-powered and impactful Sales Director with strong knowledge of the Big Data and Big Compute industry or new tech enterprise software. We live in a “Moneyball” era, where it is imperative for companies to harness their data if they want to create a sustainable, competitive advantage. We are looking for someone who can translate these needs and position our offerings to C-level and decision makers.

  • Sell Fluree solutions to new customers or create new opportunities within existing customers
  • Hunt for new customers to determine data management and science needs and perform sales presentations, etc, to harness their need into a tangible opportunity
  • Strong knowledge of the Fluree product line and the Big Data and Big Compute industry
  • Do what Top sales directors do including prospecting, responding to RFPs, sales planning, forecasting and managing sales pipelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years selling experience in high tech sales
  • Experience selling new technologies, analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Experience creating focused, collaborative, results-driven teams (internal & partners)
  • Track record of achieving/beating sales quota and ability to sell large-scale deals
  • Work experience in a startup environment is highly preferred
